1. What COI Snap is
COI Snap is a document-formatting tool that generates a Certificate of Insurance (COI) summary based on the information you enter. It runs entirely in your browser.
2. Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for ensuring the generated document meets your carrier's and your agency's legal requirements. COI Snap does not verify coverage, issue binding certificates, or replace your agency management system.
3. No warranty
COI Snap is provided "as is." We are not liable for errors in the generated PDF or for any use of the document.
4. Authorized use
You must be authorized to issue COIs on behalf of your agency.
